Wildix Firewall Requirements

Wildix Firewall Requirements

Your Wildix PBX will be hosted on Amazon's Web Services (AWS) and will be assigned a unique IP Address.

Your firewall must be configured to permit the following ports and protocols to *.wildixin.com
  1. TCP 80 (HTTP)
  2. TCP 443 (HTTPS)
  3. TCP 5060 - 5061 (SIP)
  4. UDP 5060 (SIP)
  5. UDP 123 (NTP)
  6. UDP 9998 (RTP)
  7. UDP 10000 - 60000 (RTP)
